- All deposits are NON-refundable. A deposit holds your reservation and takes your chosen vehicle off the market until your event date.
- Balances are to be paid to the driver on the run date at the start of the run.
- Overtime pay applies after the first 10 minutes of prearranged time and is charged on an hourly basis.
- The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused by them or any members of their party during the rental.
- $300.00 fee for each carpet or seat burn.
- $1,000 sanitation fee (or at driver's discretion if anyone becomes ill during the trip).
- Drug consumption and use is prohibited by law. Any fines incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
- The driver has the right to terminate a run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
- No food consumption is permitted in our vehicles.
- Smoking is not permitted in any of our limousines or buses.
- Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
- The company is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
- We are not responsible for delays or termination caused by unsafe road/winter conditions (e.g., unsalted roads, accidents, etc.).
- We are not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
- We monitor all flights and adjust scheduling accordingly.
- We cannot guarantee availability of the reserved vehicle type when flights are more than 45 minutes late.
- Wait time begins after 45 minutes of gate arrival for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights.
- Wait time for airport trips: $15 per every 15 minutes.
- All outbound airport sedan trips must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to reservation for a full refund.
- All inbound airport sedan trips must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to departure for a full refund; 12 hours for stretch limos and buses.
- All no-shows will be charged a full fare plus 20% gratuity.
- All other reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the reservation to avoid being charged the full amount.
- Any trip not cancelled within the applicable timeframe will incur a full charge.
- Wait time for other reservations: $30–$75 per every 15 minutes of waiting.
- All COVID-19 cancellations are subject to the same cancellation rules as above.
